Lee Ann assisted with the sale of our father's home after his death. We met with Lee Ann to list the home when cleaning out everything but since my sisters and I reside on the opposite side of the country most of our interactions were via phone and email. We encountered some probate challenges in the process and lost an initial buyer who did not want to wait for probate to clear. Within a week, we had another full-price buyer and Lee Ann worked closely with us and with the buyer's realtor to monitor the probate process and ensure that all aspects of the sale were appropriately addressed.
